Security & Administration: Enforces curfew times, monitors security, manages room allotments, and maintains accurate entry/exit logs.

Discipline & Order: Ensures all residents abide by the hostel's code of conduct and promptly reports or addresses violations.

Health & Well-being: Oversees the cleanliness of premises, coordinates with medical staff in health emergencies, and ensures the general welfare of residents

Facility Management: Coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure regular repairs and proper upkeep of the hostel property

- Experience: Previous experience in residential life, dormitory management, or student counseling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Requires strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, alongside high patience and physical stamina to handle both routine and emergency situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
