Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to support the sales and project teams by managing coordination activities, documentation, communication, and project follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills in English and experience in handling sales coordination related to project execution rather than direct product selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and project activities.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Track project schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Prepare professional emails, reports, and documentation in English.
- Assist the sales team in tender documentation and project-related submissions.
- Follow up with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, coordination reports, and project tracking data.




- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management and the sales team.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Sales Coordination or Project Coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong English writing skills for business communication and documentation.
- Good understanding of project handling and coordination processes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Educational Qualification

Candidate must possess at least one of the following qualifications:

- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)
- Polytechnic Diploma
- Mechanical Diploma

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in project-based industries such as engineering, manufacturing, or technical services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Important Note

Candidates with experience primarily in retail sales or product selling roles will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with project coordination or project-based sales support experience.
