- Workforce & Contractor Management: Assign daily tasks, organize worker schedules, motivate teams, and monitor the performance of construction crews and subcontractors. [1, 2, 3]
- Health & Safety Enforcement: Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, enforce safety regulations (such as wearing personal protective equipment), hold toolbox talks, and handle in office emergencies. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Quality Control & Blueprint Compliance: Inspect work at every stage to ensure it aligns with architectural drawings, engineering specifications, building codes, and industry standards. [1, 2]
- Material & Logistics Coordination: Track inventory, order building materials, manage deliveries, and oversee proper on-site storage to prevent shortages or waste
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
