Are you a recent Mechanical / Production Engineering graduate who enjoys seeing how products are designed, sampled and manufactured? This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn end-to-end product development at a growing consumer products company in Worli, Mumbai. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced product, quality and manufacturing teams.

Experience: 0-2 years (2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply)

Location: Worli, Mumbai (work from office)

What you will learn and do:

- Help prepare product specifications, drawings, material details, dimensions and tolerances for new products.

- Support sampling and evaluate materials, components, finishes and manufacturing processes against the product brief.

- Review samples with the team and help identify design, quality, safety and production issues before mass production.

- Coordinate with vendors and overseas factories to track samples, resolve queries and follow development timelines.

- Learn product quality checkpoints, inspection criteria and safety requirements, and communicate them to vendors and internal teams.

- Help identify and evaluate suitable vendors and manufacturing partners.

- Prepare product information (specifications, components, packaging,



sample references) for costing.

- Suggest practical ideas to improve product functionality, quality, manufacturability or cost.

- Maintain organised records of samples, specifications and project updates.

Who should apply:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering disciplines.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience (internships or college projects in design, CAD or manufacturing are a plus).

- Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes such as injection molding.

- Valuable written and spoken English communication.

- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; basic CAD knowledge is an advantage.

- Curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
