About the Role
Nisarg Foundation is hiring an energetic **Field Mobiliser** to lead community outreach, beneficiary registration, and project execution across our field locations in **Mewala Maharajpur and Sarita Vihar**. You will interact directly with local communities, register participants for skill and education programs, and manage on-ground event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door community visits and group meetings to build awareness for programs.
* Identify, engage, and register youth, women SHGs, and local community members.
* Mobilize participants for workshops, digital education drives, and health/community events.
* Assist with basic field surveys and beneficiary data collection.
* Submit daily field attendance logs and updates via WhatsApp/phone by 6:00 PM.
Requirements
Education:
12th pass minimum; BSW or Graduate preferred.
Experience:1–2 years in field mobilization, NGO outreach, or community engagement.
Languages: Fluent Hindi (essential); basic English is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, smartphone proficiency for daily data logs, and willingness to travel locally.
Work Details & Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Attire: Smart casuals with comfortable footwear for field movement.
