Job description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage the All Work related Audit, GST Compliance or Any Other notice, Direct tax Compliance, TDS, Finance Monitoring. The ideal candidate should have Good Knowledge of working for multiple Firms and also knowledge of Sub Contracting taxation.

Advance tax payment monitoring.

Verification of tax provisions in books of accounts.

Coordination for tax audits and assessments

Timely adherence , documentation for Income Tax notices.

Reconciliation of Form 26AS, AIS, TIS and books of accounts.

Verification of applicability of TDS on all payments.

Monthly review of TDS deductions and deposit status.

Resolution of TDS mismatches and defaults.

Monthly GST reconciliation between books and returns.

Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and related returns.

Verification of Input Tax Credit (ITC).

Vendor GST compliance review.

Resolution of GST notices and departmental communications.

GST advisory for contracts, purchases, and project billing.





Preparation of schedules for Tax Audits.

Verification and submission of audit documents.

Accounting Review & Verification

Review of purchase entries and accounting transactions.

Verification of ledger balances and reconciliations.

Identification and correction of accounting discrepancies.

Review of vendor and customer balances.

Monitoring late fees and penalties

Handling notices, clarifications, and departmental requirements.

Preparation of monthly compliance status reports.

Tax liability and payment summaries.

Audit progress and observation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in multiple firms Taxation.

Proficiency in handling GST Portal , MS Excel, Tally

Valuable communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
