Role Overview

We are looking for creative, confident, and expressive individuals to join our Digital Marketing Creative Team. The ideal candidates should be capable of developing engaging content ideas, writing scripts, directing video shoots, presenting products on camera, and creating compelling video content for digital marketing campaigns.

This role combines content scriptwriting, creative direction, video content creation, on-camera presentation, and brand communication. Candidates should be comfortable contributing creative ideas, performing in front of the camera, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative concepts and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and brand films.

* Convert marketing strategies into compelling hooks, storylines, dialogues, product demonstrations, and calls to action.

* Present products and explain concepts confidently and naturally on camera.

* Direct content shoots, guide performances, coordinate with the production team, and ensure effective execution of creative concepts.

* Communicate technical or complex product features in a simple, relatable, and engaging manner.

* Create educational, entertaining, promotional, and brand-building video content.

* Contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing activities.

* Adapt scripts and presentation styles according to the target audience, platform, brand voice, and campaign objectives.





* Demonstrate improvisation skills and deliver content n* aturally without depending entirely on memorised scripts.

* Collaborate with the digital marketing strategist and creative team to maintain consistency in brand messaging.

* Participate in content planning, rehearsals, product demonstrations, and video shoots.

* Review and refine content based on feedback, audience engagement, and campaign requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Creative thinking, storytelling, and scriptwriting abilities.

* Confidence in front of the camera, with solid presentation and articulation skills.

* Basic understanding of video production, creative direction, and short-form content.

* Ability to explain products and ideas in an engaging and audience-friendly manner.

* Good improvisation skills and a natural, expressive communication style.

* Ability to direct or coordinate shoots and communicate creative ideas effectively.

* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to participate in video content.

* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple creative assignments.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience or exposure in any of the following fields are preferred:

* Digital content creation and social media marketing.

* Advertising, filmmaking, media production, or journalism.

* Acting, hosting, presenting, or public speaking.

* Scriptwriting, creative writing, or brand storytelling.

* Video production, promotional campaigns, or product demonstrations.

Freshers with strong communication skills, creativity, and camera confidence may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
