Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Explain residential plots, commercial properties, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange customer meetings and property site visits.
- Develop sales strategies and support booking closures.
- Maintain customer relationships and sales follow-up records.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and customer handling.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work from the Trichy office and attend site visits.

Compensation & Benefits

- Performance-based earning potential: ₹30,000–₹1,00,000 per month; actual earnings vary by sales performance and are not guaranteed.
