We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Railway Contractor Supervisor to lead and manage our in office labor crews. This is a 100% field-based role that requires traveling to multiple railway work sites. You will not only direct and manage the labor team to ensure high productivity but also work directly alongside them to get the job done. If you lead by example and know how to keep a crew moving safely and efficiently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a working supervisor, pitching in with physical labor while simultaneously managing the crew.

Direct daily activities, assign tasks to laborers, and actively push the team to meet project deadlines and productivity targets.

Multi-Site Oversight: Travel frequently between various railway job sites to coordinate work, deliver materials, and ensure operations run smoothly.





Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets railway industry standards and strict safety protocols are followed by everyone on site.

Reporting: Track daily progress, labor hours, and site issues, reporting back to upper management.

Working Conditions

100% Site Work: This role involves no office time; you will be fully deployed in the field.

Physical Demands: Requires heavy physical labor, lifting, standing for long periods, and working in all weather conditions.

Travel: Daily travel to multiple job locations is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
