Patient Care & Appointment Coordinator

Location: Work from Office | MediSage

MediSage is looking for an empathetic, organised and communication-savvy professional to help patients connect with the right doctors through our digital healthcare platform.

What you'll do

- Call patients who submit appointment requests through the MediSage website.
- Understand their symptoms, consultation needs and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate appointments with the requested doctor or connect patients with suitable alternative doctors in our network.
- Follow up with patients to facilitate successful appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient details and appointment records.
- Ensure a smooth, helpful and skilled experience for every patient.

Who we're looking for

- Education: Graduate preferred; healthcare-related qualifications are a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations,



customer support or telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and one regional language.
- Empathetic, patient and comfortable speaking with people about their healthcare needs.
- Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hospitals, clinics, healthcare platforms or appointment booking is an advantage.

We're looking for someone who combines empathy, communication and strong execution to help patients access the right medical care.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
