- Drive daily hobbing production operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead and develop machine operators through effective supervision, training, and performance support.
- Set up, operate, and optimize hobbing, shaving and Grinding CNC Machines Programs by ensuring correct tooling, machine parameters, and process controls.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
