Business Development Manager (BDM) – Educational ERP / SaaS

Experience: 6–8 Years | Industry: IT / ERP / SaaS | Location: Pune / Jaipur / Remote

Role:
We are looking for a result-oriented BDM with robust experience in Educational ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales and an established network across Colleges, Universities, Educational Groups & Government Education Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads through existing institutional networks and market connections.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, client meetings and proposals.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and institutional leadership.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets for high-value ERP/SaaS solutions.




- Coordinate with internal BDE/technical teams for smooth lead conversion and product demos.
- Maintain sales pipeline and client updates in CRM.

Must Have:

- Strong experience in Educational ERP / SaaS / IT Software Sales.
- Proven College & University connections/network.
- Experience selling high-ticket B2B / Enterprise solutions with long sales cycles.
- Robust lead generation, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel.
- Candidates from ERP Implementation / Operations-only roles are not suitable.
