Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive – Full-Time (In-Office)

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time, in-office basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create attractive and engaging posters/creatives for Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Design social media creatives for festivals, promotions, offers, and other campaigns
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Generate genuine, high-quality leads for the company
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize ads for better ROI
- Develop effective digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven ability to generate genuine leads, not just clicks or traffic




- Positive understanding of targeting, audience selection, campaign optimization, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools for creating marketing creatives
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of social media marketing
- Previous experience in lead-generation campaigns will be preferred
