Speech & Drama Co-Trainer (Events and Production)

Location: Central Mumbai (Dadar to Dombivli)

Type: Full time

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

- Assist the lead Speech & Drama Trainer in conducting engaging and interactive sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Act as a Backup Trainer and independently conduct Speech & Drama sessions whenever required.
- Support students in developing public speaking, voice modulation, expressions, storytelling, acting, confidence, and stage presence.
- Conduct activity-based sessions using role plays, improvisation, theatre games, dialogue delivery, and performance exercises.
- Assist in planning, rehearsing, and executing school performances and end-of-programme showcases.
- Coordinate with the lead trainer, schools, and Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum, attendance, student progress, and programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Performing Arts, Theatre, Drama, English, Education, or a related field will be preferred.
- Prior experience in Speech & Drama Training, Theatre, Acting, Teaching, or Performing Arts will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of acting techniques, voice modulation, storytelling, improvisation, and stage performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be confident, energetic, creative, and comfortable working with school students across different age groups.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and willing to travel across the Central Line of Mumbai as per school schedules and requirements.
