Location: Balewadi, Pune
Position: HR Intern
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with recruitment and resume screening
✅ Post job openings on job portals and social media
✅ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
✅ Support employee onboarding and documentation
✅ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✅ Assist with attendance and payroll data
✅ Support employee engagement activities and HR operations

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Eligibility:
Candidates pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
