We are hiring Customer Services Associate candidate.
● Languages: English + Tamil +Telugu / Malayalam .
● HSC Pass /Graduate
● Candidates from non-relevant domains cannot be considered as freshers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle Customer queries via phone call, emails and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service / BPO.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Customer handling experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
