E-commerce Marketplace & Inventory Executive

HKSS IMPEX is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and responsible E-commerce Marketplace & Inventory Executive to manage our online product listings, marketplace accounts, inventory records, and order-related activities.

We welcome freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience. Freshers should have some practical exposure to an e-commerce platform through an internship, college project, personal online store, freelance work, or training.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and manage product listings on Etsy and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload product images, titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory information.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure online inventory matches available physical stock.
- Update listings when products are sold, reserved, unavailable, or restocked.
- Manage product categories, tags, attributes, SKUs, variations, and other listing details.
- Monitor marketplace accounts and ensure product information remains accurate and updated.
- Process and track online orders and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain records of products, orders, pricing, and inventory movement.
- Identify and correct listing errors, duplicate listings, missing information, and inventory mismatches.
- Assist with product organization, catalog management, and improving online product presentation.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure products are listed accurately and available stock is reflected online.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, product listing, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with practical exposure to Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay,



or another e-commerce platform are welcome to apply.
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written English.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce orders and marketplace operations.
- Ability to organize and maintain product information accurately.
- Ability to learn new e-commerce platforms and software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the internal team.
- Basic knowledge of product images, product descriptions, and online catalog management.

HKSS IMPEX is a Jaipur-based gemstone manufacturing and supply company working with natural and semi-precious gemstones. We manage product inventory and online sales across international marketplaces and are looking for a dedicated team member to help maintain our growing online product catalogue.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys e-commerce operations, product catalog management, inventory management, and working with detailed product information.

We are looking for someone who is organized, willing to learn, comfortable working with product data, and interested in building a career in e-commerce operations.

Candidates with previous Etsy store management experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with practical e-commerce exposure are also welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan
