### About the Role

We are looking for a *Shopify & Inventory Executive* who will be responsible for managing our Shopify orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date inventory records.

The role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, stock records and daily operational entries.

### Key Responsibilities

*Shopify & Online Orders*

* Monitor and process all incoming Shopify orders.

* Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time.

* Prepare invoices and shipping labels.

* Coordinate with courier partners for daily dispatches.

* Track shipments, returns and pending orders.

* Ensure Shopify inventory is updated correctly.

*Inventory Management*

* Maintain accurate records of all finished goods and stock.

* Maintain daily records of *production and consumption*.

* Enter all stock movements systematically on a daily basis.

* Monitor stock levels and immediately flag when any item is running low or has been over-consumed.

* Inform management about products that need to be replenished or produced.

* Conduct *monthly physical stock-taking* and reconcile physical stock with records.





* Identify and report any stock discrepancies.

### What We Are Looking For

* 2–5 years of experience in *inventory, Shopify, e-commerce operations or stock management*.

* Hands-on experience with Shopify is preferred.

* Good knowledge of *Excel / Google Sheets*.

* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Very organised and systematic in maintaining records.

* Comfortable with daily data entry and stock reconciliation.

* Responsible and able to independently manage the assigned work.

* Good communication skills.

### Key Accountability

The person will be responsible for ensuring that:

*Every Shopify order is processed and dispatched on time.*

*Every stock movement is recorded daily.*

*Production and consumption records are accurate.*

*Monthly physical stock matches the inventory records.*

*Any low-stock or excess-consumption issue is immediately brought to management's attention.*

### Salary

₹ 20000-25000 per month, depending on experience.
