Role Overview

You will be responsible for visiting active construction sites, introducing our products to purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors, and collecting qualified leads for follow-up by senior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 6-8 construction sites, builders and contractors each day
- Promote Acquir products and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Collect contact details, project information,



and interest level
- Share daily reports via WhatsApp/CRM
- Support senior sales managers in closing bulk deals.
- Track client feedback, competitor activity, and submit timely reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales of construction products/equipment (e.g., cement, TMT, admixtures, tools, machinery, waterproofing solutions, reinforcement bars, RMC Concrete).
- Strong communication and field relationship skills.
- Comfortable with daily site travel and target-based sales.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
