Field Sales Representative – PayrollPro

Location: Rajkot, with daily travel to industrial areas and GIDC estates

About PayrollPro

PayrollPro is payroll and HR software built for Indian companies. Factories, FMCG units, retail chains and staffing firms use it to run payroll, biometric attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, PT and TDS in one system. Most of the companies we sell to still run payroll on Excel. Their HR team spends the last three days of every month fixing it. We help them stop.

What you’ll do

- Visit 4 to 6 companies a day in industrial areas: owners, HR managers and accounts heads of companies with 30 to 500 employees.
- Find out how each company runs payroll today, and where it hurts: manual attendance, PF and ESIC errors, overtime disputes, month-end delays.
- Book demos and run the first demo yourself, on a laptop or tablet, using the company’s own salary sheet where you can.
- Follow up until the company decides, on calls, WhatsApp and second visits.
- Build relationships with CAs, labour law consultants and HR consultants who can refer their clients.
- Hand signed clients to the onboarding team, with their salary sheet, biometric device details and policies collected.
- Log every visit,



lead and follow-up in our tracker by the end of each day.
- Use PayrollPro’s own geo-tracking app for your field trips. You’ll be demoing it too.

What we’re looking for

- 1 to 2 years selling to businesses face to face. Selling to factory owners or HR teams is a big plus.
- Comfortable walking into a company without an appointment and asking for the owner or HR head.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working English for emails and demos.
- Basic understanding of salary, PF and ESIC, or willing to learn it in your first two weeks. We train you.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Smartphone and laptop skills positive enough to run a software demo.

Good to have

- Experience selling HRMS, payroll, accounting software (Tally, Busy) or biometric attendance machines.
- An existing network of CAs, HR consultants or GIDC business owners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
