Job Summary

ICON Education Foundation is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing. The candidate should be proficient in creating attractive and professional flyers, posters, flex banners, and other promotional designs for the institute's branding, admissions, events, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, good visual communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and visually appealing flyers, posters, flex banners, standees, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Create designs for admission campaigns, academic events, seminars, workshops, festivals, and institutional activities.
- Develop creative content and visual designs for social media posts, digital advertisements, and online promotional campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready designs with appropriate dimensions, resolution, color settings, and bleed requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual identity across all institute-related materials.
- Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, Admissions, and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Convert concepts and briefs into creative designs within the given timelines.




- Make revisions and modifications based on feedback from management.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent professional design tools.
- Strong expertise in designing flyers, posters, flex banners, standees, and print media materials.
- Knowledge of print production, high-resolution artwork, color modes, and print-ready file preparation.
- Valuable understanding of typography, layout, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in educational institutions, advertising agencies, or marketing departments will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in admission campaign creatives and institutional branding will have an added advantage.
- Candidates should be proactive, organized, and capable of understanding requirements with minimal supervision.

Work Location: Indore Institute of Law, Rau - Pithampur Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
