- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer relationship executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and individual productivity.
- Guide team members on life insurance products, policies, perks, and renewal processes.
- Support team members in handling customer queries, objections, and escalations.
- Ensure quality customer interactions and professional communication.
- Monitor follow-ups and maintain accurate customer and team reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Help team members improve their communication, product knowledge, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role, preferably in life insurance, insurance telecalling, or a voice process.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
