Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Assistant Security Officer to manage security operations at our steel manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining plant security, controlling entry and exit, supervising security personnel, preventing theft, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily security operations within the plant premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Manage security guards and ensure proper deployment across designated areas.
- Conduct regular patrolling and monitor sensitive areas.
- Maintain visitor registers, vehicle records, gate passes, and security reports.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with plant security procedures and emergency protocols.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Plant Management regarding security matters.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and disciplinary situations effectively.




- Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure proper functioning of security systems.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles.
- Maintain discipline and enforce security rules within the plant premises.

Eligibility Criteria

- Ex-serviceman from the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force preferred.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably in a steel plant or manufacturing industry.
- Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, emergency handling, and access control.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in shifts.
- Willingness to work at a plant location.
