As a POS & Retail Solutions Executive at PromptTech, you will take ownership of our POS and retail technology business, finding new opportunities across the Indian market, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, and working closely with our implementation, technical, procurement and support teams to deliver for every customer. As you build trusted relationships with retailers, distributors and dealers, your role naturally expands into developing channel partnerships and identifying new international markets, with the opportunity to travel, attend exhibitions and represent PromptTech with partners abroad. This is a strong path for a sales professional who wants to grow into senior business development, channel management or international sales leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or channel sales, preferably in POS systems, retail technology, billing machines, payment terminals, or IT hardware solutions.
- Strong understanding of POS solutions, retail hardware, billing systems, and the retail technology ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B sales, dealer development, distributor management, and strategic partnerships.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international markets, sales processes, and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, independently develop leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Strong business acumen, target orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally based on business requirements.
