Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer with a minimum of one year of experience in payday loan processing. The candidate should have knowledge of short-term personal loans, customer verification, KYC documentation, credit assessment, and loan disbursement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Process payday loan applications and verify customer eligibility.
- Review customer KYC documents, salary slips, bank statements, and income details.
- Assess customer repayment capacity and basic creditworthiness.
- Verify employment and banking details as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of loan applications.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update loan processing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle customer queries professionally.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of payday loan processing.
- Understanding of short-term lending and customer eligibility criteria.
- Knowledge of KYC verification, bank statement analysis, and income assessment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and loan management systems.
- Positive communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in payday loans.
- Candidates with relevant experience in NBFCs or digital lending companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
