About the Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in assigned areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will visit different locations, collect property details from owners, take photos and videos, and share the information with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru to identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Find residential and commercial properties, including houses, flats, shops, offices, and other spaces.
- Take explicit photos and videos of the properties.
- Collect basic property details, including location,



size, price or rent, and owner contact information.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect information and arrange property visits when required.
- Share property photos, videos, location details, and owner information with the internal team.
- Travel regularly within assigned areas of Bengaluru.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives over the fixed salary.
- Petrol allowance provided for field travel.

Requirements

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with property owners.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone skills for taking photos, recording videos, and sharing details.
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork.
