Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to spearhead our infrastructure engineering and SRE initiatives.

Should be able to lead a high-performing team of 4+ engineers, driving the evolution of our cloud-native ecosystem.

Should will be responsible for scaling our platform, optimizing AWS costs, implementing robust SRE practices, and integrating AI4Ops to drive operational excellence.

Process Lead:

- 8+ years of ITSM/IT Operations experience, including significant experience in ITSM process ownership or governance.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.

Automation Lead:

- 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.




- Solid hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps.
- Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar automation/DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.

Automation Engineer:

- 1-4 years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar automation/DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
