Role Overview

The Reservations Executive & Sales professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end bookings across B2B, B2C, Corporate, and OTA channels while supporting revenue growth for Ekaanta’s wellness programs, retreats, and experiential stays. This role requires robust guest communication skills, sales orientation, channel management expertise, and an understanding of premium hospitality and wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Coordination

- Handle all inbound and outbound reservation queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and OTAs
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with a strong focus on guest experience
- Manage room inventory, availability, pricing, and booking modifications or cancellations
- Coordinate closely with operations, wellness, and front office teams for seamless guest arrivals

Sales – B2C & Corporate

- Actively convert direct B2C leads for retreats, wellness programs, and extended stays
- Handle corporate wellness enquiries, leadership retreats, offsites, and group bookings
- Prepare proposals, packages, quotations, and follow-ups for corporate and group clients
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to maximise conversion and repeat bookings

B2B Partnerships

- Coordinate with travel agents, wellness consultants, corporates, and referral partners
- Maintain rate cards, contracts,



and relationship documentation
- Track partner performance and booking trends

OTA Management

- Manage OTA platforms (rates, availability, content, promotions, blackout dates)
- Ensure rate parity and optimise visibility and conversion across OTAs
- Coordinate reviews, guest feedback, and platform communication

Revenue & Reporting

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly bookings across all channels
- Maintain reservation MIS, lead trackers, and conversion reports
- Support revenue optimisation by identifying high-performing channels and periods

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Post-graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in reservations and sales (luxury hotel, resort, wellness retreat preferred)
- Hands-on experience with B2B, B2C, Corporate bookings, and OTA platforms
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Excel, reservation systems, and CRM tools
- Guest-first mindset aligned with premium wellness hospitality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
