Aatmia Digital Marketing is hiring a performance-driven Video Editor who knows how to create viral, high-retention content — not just basic edits.

If you don’t actively follow Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts trends, and understand hook psychology, this role is not for you.

We need someone who can:

- Create scroll-stopping short-form videos
- Replicate and adapt trending formats instantly
- Edit using CapCut + Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- Add dynamic subtitles, motion graphics, transitions & sound design
- Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
- Think in terms of engagement, retention & performance — not just aesthetics

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong portfolio of viral-style edits
- Proven experience in short-form content editing
- Ability to deliver fast without compromising quality
- Basic thumbnail & design knowledge (Photoshop / Canva)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
