Key Responsibilities

- Drive retail sales and business development in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate new business through architects, contractors, fabricators, and retailers.
- Strengthen dealer networks and increase secondary sales.
- Identify recent market opportunities and expand product reach.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and collections.

Candidate Requirements





- Experience in retail/channel sales within the building materials industry.
- Knowledge of ACP, plywood, laminates, glass, façade, or related products preferred.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in Patna and nearby markets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Local market knowledge is essential.
