ABOUT US

Syntellite is a growing IT and product studio in Bengaluru. We build websites, apps, brands and digital growth for clients in India and the GCC. We're a small, fast team, and we're hiring a video editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, fast.

THE ROLE

You'll edit videos for our clients and for Syntellite's own brand, mainly for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. You'll report to our Digital Marketing Team Lead and work closely with designers and the content team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit short-form Reels and Shorts plus longer social videos for clients and in-house projects
- Turn trends, hooks, transitions and sounds into edits that fit each brand
- Handle the full edit: cutting, pacing, captions, motion text, colour, sound design and music
- Use AI tools to work faster: auto-captions, cleanup, upscaling, background removal, AI B-roll and voice
- Take briefs, understand them quickly and deliver on tight timelines
- Work through feedback and revisions without slowing down
- Keep project files, assets and templates organised so the team can reuse them

WHAT WE NEED (Must Have)

- 2+ years of professional video editing, with social media as your main focus
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- A strong portfolio of reels with a current, trendy feel
- You keep up with trends on Instagram and YouTube and know what makes people stop scrolling




- Must use of AI tools in your editing workflow (e.g., Premiere's AI features, CapCut, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Topaz, Gemini, Higgsfield AI)
- Fast turnaround without dropping quality
- You pick up a brief quickly and need little hand-holding
- Comfortable handling several client projects at once
- Reliable, accountable and suited to a fast-growing startup
- Exceptional English communication skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Agency experience across several brands
- Basic motion graphics and thumbnail design
- Experience with UAE/GCC audiences or Arabic subtitles

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
