We are hiring experienced Bodyshop Advisors for our Honda dealership bodyshop operations across Mumbai. The candidate will handle customers with accident-damaged vehicles and coordinate repair work, insurance processes and vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers bringing vehicles for accident repairs and bodywork.
- Understand customer concerns and conduct initial vehicle damage assessments.
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates.
- Explain repair requirements, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with denting, painting and mechanical teams.
- Monitor repair progress and follow up on pending jobs.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and insurance companies.
- Follow up on insurance approvals, claim documentation and repair authorisations.
- Keep customers informed about repair status and delays.
- Obtain approvals for additional repair work where required.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions.




- Coordinate final inspection and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate repair, customer and insurance records.

Requirements

- Experience in automobile bodyshop or accident repair operations.
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Service Advisor or Accident Repair Advisor preferred.
- Knowledge of denting, painting and accident repair processes.
- Experience coordinating insurance claims and surveyors preferred.
- Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
- Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up abilities.
- Passenger vehicle dealership or bodyshop experience preferred.

Work Locations

Kalyan, Chandivali and Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. Candidates may be considered for any of these locations based on suitability and business requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
