Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads for architectural, engineering, and PMC services.
- Approach builders, developers, contractors, corporate clients, institutions, and government-related organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and potential consultancy opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in coordination with the technical team.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain sales records, lead databases, and weekly progress reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Explore opportunities through networking, referrals,



and industry connections.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
- Experience in sales, business development, real estate, construction, or consultancy services will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Pune construction and real estate market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
