We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and follow up with interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services and generate business leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer records.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
