At WeeWin Media, we don't measure our work in likes or "leads." We measure it in site visits, bookings, and homes sold. We work only with builders, developers, and realtors — and we treat every rupee of ad spend like it's our own.

We're growing our in-house performance team and are looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about turning ad budgets into real business results — not vanity dashboards.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate lead generation — the heart of the role
- Run Google Ads (Search, PMax) as a supporting channel
- Own strategy — offers, audiences, budgets, funnel structure — judged on qualified leads and site visits, never vanity metrics
- Shape the ad angles and hooks that make people stop and enquire
- Set up and manage landing pages, tracking, and basic automation so no lead leaks
- Own client reporting and communication — clear, fast, and proactive

WHAT YOU BRING

- Hands-on experience running real estate ads is our highest preference




- 2+ years running paid campaigns with genuine Meta Ads Manager command (setup, optimization, scaling)
- A solid grip on funnel metrics — CPL, cost per qualified lead, CTR, CPM, ROAS/CPA
- Solid written and spoken communication (you'll be client-facing)
- Self-driven and dependable in a fully remote setup

BONUS (AND HIGHER PAY)

- You can also handle landing pages, pixel/conversion tracking, and CRM/automation
- Google Ads experience and an eye for creative that converts

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT MOST

Mindset over résumé: ownership, hunger to learn, and obsession with the craft. Skills can be taught; character is who you already are.

COMPENSATION

₹25,000–₹75,000/month based on your skill and how much you can own end-to-end, plus performance incentives. Fully remote.
