B2B Campus is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Truck Dispatch Trainer to train and guide students in US Truck Dispatching and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience in truck dispatching, freight coordination, load booking, and working with US logistics processes.

Candidates with strong communication skills, hands-on dispatching knowledge, and the ability to explain real-world concepts to students are encouraged to apply. Applicants based in Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby Tricity areas who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical and theoretical training in US Truck Dispatching and logistics operations.
- Train students on load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, and carrier coordination.
- Explain load boards such as DAT and Truckstop and demonstrate their practical usage.
- Teach route planning, lane selection, load tracking, and dispatch workflow management.
- Guide students on broker-carrier communication, email handling, and professional calling techniques.
- Explain essential trucking documents, including rate confirmations, bills of lading (BOL), and proof of delivery (POD).
- Conduct mock calls, practical exercises, role-plays, and assessments.
- Share industry scenarios and help students develop job-ready dispatching skills.
- Monitor student progress, resolve queries, and provide constructive feedback.




- Stay updated with US trucking, freight market practices, and dispatching industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US Truck Dispatching or a relevant US logistics role.
- Practical knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, load booking, rate negotiation, and dispatch operations.
- Understanding of US trucking terminology, freight lanes, and broker-carrier coordination.
- Strong verbal communication and training or presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and guide students through practical scenarios.
- Good organizational skills and a qualified approach to student management.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Dispatch Executive, Dispatch Trainer, or US Logistics Executive.
- Applicants from Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Kharar, Panchkula, and nearby Tricity areas.
- Candidates available for immediate joining.
- Candidates with practical US logistics experience who can train students using real-world examples.

Work Location

Mohali, Punjab — Full-time, on-site position.
