We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, and dynamic Operations Manager (Aged 30 and above) with a proven track record in leading and managing teams (minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience). Based at our office in Kacheripady, Kochi, you will lead our operational team and act as a vital bridge between local staff and our executive directors in the UK.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day back-office operations, mentor and direct team members, and collaborate closely with international UK stakeholders. We are looking for someone who brings mature leadership, mutual respect, exceptional communication, flexibility, and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and direct daily activities of operational staff; build a high-performing, respectful, accountable, and cohesive team environment.
- Daily Reporting & Updates: Provide clear, concise, and structured daily progress and performance reports directly to directors abroad.
- Problem Solving & Escalations: Proactively identify challenges, troubleshoot operational roadblocks, and resolve issues smoothly to keep back-office workflows running seamlessly.
- Global & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work effectively with UK care home clients, agency coordinators, and directors abroad during active UK operational hours.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain flawless fluency in English—both written and spoken—to ensure crystal-clear coordination across all levels of the organization.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in leading, managing,



and guiding a team in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be 30 years of age or older.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional, fluent, and clear English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting schedules according to operational needs and UK Daylight Saving Time (DST) shifts.
- Immediate Availability: Rapid recruitment process with online interviews taking place this week—joining date will be within this week!
- Professional Etiquette: A strong commitment to mutual respect, collaborative leadership, and accountability.

Shift Timing, Working Days & Salary:

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with Sunday as a fixed weekly off.
- Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST), aligning directly with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time).(Note: Shift hours will adjust accordingly during UK Daylight Saving Time transitions).
- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
