- Manage multiple clients' social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars for different brands.
- Plan and execute engaging reels, posts, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely content delivery.
- Create effective social media strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Research trending topics, audios, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Review social media insights and prepare performance reports for clients.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and manage feedback professionally.
- Ensure consistent branding, content quality, and timely posting across all client accounts.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
