The Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is enthusiastic about digital marketing, social media, communication, and learning how marketing works in a growing business.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and regular communication.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts.
- Send regular email campaigns to existing and prospective learners.
- Assist with content coordination and other digital marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and campaign records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are executed on time.
- Support the team with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks.
- Track basic campaign performance and share updates with the team.

Skills & Requirements





- Fresh graduates with a B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent degree can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good spoken English and Hindi are required, as the role involves regular communication with learners and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and email marketing is a plus.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
