About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and daily recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support the HR team in employee engagement activities.
- Assist with other day-to-day HR and administrative activities as required.
