Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for our 3PL logistics business in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound operations, manpower handling, dispatch planning, documentation, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, pickers, and other operational manpower.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal logistics teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.




- Maintain GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, and other warehouse documents.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Handle stock discrepancies, damaged goods, customer complaints, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and warehouse SOPs.
- Prepare daily MIS reports related to inventory, dispatch, manpower, and warehouse performance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
