Job Description: Senior Architect – High-Rise Residential Projects

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience: 5–10 years in architectural design and high-rise residential projects
Project Type: High-rise apartment buildings / residential towers

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise residential apartment projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural drawings, design development, consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and construction-stage support to ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural planning and design for high-rise residential apartment buildings.
- Prepare concept designs, floor plans, apartment layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Plan apartment configurations, core areas, lift lobbies, staircases, corridors, parking, and common amenities.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, fire and life safety, plumbing, and façade consultants.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings for coordination and design conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire safety requirements, accessibility standards, and local development regulations.




- Coordinate statutory submissions and building permit documentation with relevant authorities.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and technical submittals.
- Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and resolve architectural issues during construction.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, developers, and clients.
- Supervise junior architects and CAD/BIM teams.
- Monitor design quality, project schedules, and drawing deliverables.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- Council of Architecture registration, where required for the position.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- Revit / BIM
- SketchUp
- 3D visualization software
- Knowledge of high-rise building planning, construction detailing, and consultant coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in high-rise residential apartment projects.
- Solid knowledge of apartment planning, vertical circulation, parking layouts, and service coordination.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and approval procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project deadlines.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
