Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences.
- Explain gold, diamond, silver and gemstone jewellery designs.
- Provide details about weight, purity, making charges and pricing.
- Handle billing, payments and customer queries.
- Maintain jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build customer relationships.
- Maintain stock records and follow jewellery security procedures.
