Job Summary

Apollo Clinic is looking for a polite, professional, and patient-focused Customer Care Executive to manage patient enquiries, appointments, front-desk coordination, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries over phone calls and at the front desk.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage doctor appointments.
- Provide information about available healthcare services, diagnostic tests, and consultation timings.
- Assist patients with registration and guide them through clinic procedures.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve routine complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory staff, and other departments.
- Maintain patient records and appointment details accurately.




- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate preferred; minimum qualification as per company policy.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, patience, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle patients and work in a team.
