This is a leadership seat. You will own
digital marketing at StrategicERP: set the strategy, lead specialists across
content, design, SEO and paid, and make sure every campaign links back to
revenue. You have seen what works over eight-plus years, you have led teams
through growth, and you are ready to build an AI-first marketing machine.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
■ Craft and own the annual digital marketing strategy, tied directly to revenue targets
■ Lead, mentor and raise the bar for content, design, SEO and performance team members
■ Run integrated full-funnel campaigns across website, SEO, paid, social, email and WhatsApp
■ Build marketing automation, lead scoring and nurture journeys with our CRM
■ Partner with sales to lift MQL to SQL conversion and close the feedback loop
■ Own our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, plus online reviews and reputation
■ Own website experience, UX,



analytics and conversion performance
■ Manage budgets, agencies and vendors; report KPIs and ROI to leadership
Drive our AI-adoption roadmap for marketing: tools, automation and team upskilling
WHAT YOU BRING
■ Minimum 8 years in digital marketing, including 3+ years leading a team
■ B2B SaaS / ERP / enterprise-tech experience strongly preferred
■ Solid across SEO, paid, content, email, social and marketing automation
■ Analytical to the core: GA4, dashboards and funnel metrics
■ Experience with CRM and MarTech stacks (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
■ A strategic mind with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves mindset
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or relevant degree preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
