Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 1+ year of experience to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python-based automation, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

We’re seeking a self-driven engineer who can take ownership of DevOps practices, improve infrastructure reliability and scalability, and drive automation across the development, deployment, and operational lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available production systems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Proactively monitor system health and performance, and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
- Implement and improve observability systems including logging,



tracing, and alerting.
- Ensure best practices in version control, branching strategies, and release management.
- Collaborate with developers to streamline delivery, support incident response, and improve system resilience.
- Take ownership of infrastructure cost optimization, resource tagging, and usage reporting.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices by integrating security into the CI/CD and infrastructure layers.

Requirements

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Positive understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash; Python is mandatory.
- Proficient with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Solid experience managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Deep understanding of Git workflows, GitOps practices, and release management.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Loki.
- Knowledge of secret management and secure deployment practices (e.g., Vault, SOPS).
- Ability to document infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooks effectively.
