About the Role

Build and maintain cloud-native business applications at scale. Develop, publish, and secure cloud-native microservices APIs, working across enterprise environments for large programs.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop cloud-native microservices using Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and REST principles.
- Define and maintain central database systems.
- Develop high-performance, responsive backend systems.
- Design, build, code, and improve servers, applications, and databases.
- Deliver solutions within an agile DevSecOps workplace.
- Design performant, resilient, and highly available services.
- Create, maintain, test, and debug backend systems collaboratively with teams.
- Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Translate user stories into large-scale technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement business function services.
- Implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design patterns, including Saga, Circuit Breaker (CB), Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), and event-driven architectures.
- Adopt reliability measures such as High Availability (HA) and fault tolerance.
- Understand cross-platform functionality and compatibility.
- Adopt scalability measures including load balancing, partitioning,



and caching.
- Adopt consistency measures such as timeouts, retries, and pessimistic locking.
- Deploy deliverables with advanced monitoring and debugging capabilities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).

Key Skills

- Expertise in Architecture and Cloud-Native Development.
- Proficiency in Agile practices.
- Experience with Microservices and API Gateway.
- Expertise in RESTful web services technologies: Java, GoLang, Spring Boot, Node.js.
- Expertise in middleware, streaming, and database technologies: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)/Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ADD) and automation testing tools: JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
- Knowledge of cloud scaling and containerization technologies: Kubernetes (K8S), containers.
- Familiarity with service mesh infrastructure layers.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies: Java, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience Required

- 11+ years of experience in design and development across various platforms and domains.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-native microservices development using agile methodologies.
