Jewel Child Development Centre is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Behaviour Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioural challenges to improve their communication, social, emotional, and adaptive skills through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioural assessments and identify children's developmental and behavioural needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group-based behavioural therapy sessions.
- Apply principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Help children develop communication, social interaction, attention, and daily living skills.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate therapy records and documentation.
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and parents.
- Provide parental guidance and strategies for managing behavioural challenges at home.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and child-friendly therapeutic environment.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related field.
- Additional certification or training in Behaviour Therapy or ABA will be an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a robust interest in child development may apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of child development and behavioural intervention techniques.
- Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and developmental disorders.
- Familiarity with positive reinforcement and behaviour modification strategies.
- Strong documentation and progress-monitoring skills.
