Job Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other government tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and submission deadlines.
- Handle the complete tendering process, from tender identification to bid submission.
- Prepare technical and financial bids, quotations and required documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Technical and Accounts teams to collect the required information and documents.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely submission of bids.
- Handle EMD, performance security and other tender-related documentation, wherever applicable.
- Track tender status, results, deadlines and upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission records and supporting documents.
- Follow up on bid results, clarifications, order processing and other post-submission activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in GeM portal operations and government tender management.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and IT product tenders is preferred.




- Understanding of technical and financial bid preparation and tender compliance.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tender tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
