Job Summary

Allied Auto Agencies is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across all branches. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, technical, and support staff.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, consultancies, social media, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary, documentation, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with ITIs, colleges, and training institutes for campus hiring.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across all branches.




- Maintain a database of shortlisted, selected, rejected, and pending candidates.
- Support joining formalities, offer letters, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Prepare regular recruitment updates and report hiring progress to the HR Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Knowledge of job portals, Excel, and recruitment trackers is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Good coordination and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
